En del vill ha det som ett smidigt och minimalistiskt redskap f\u00f6r att kunna tr\u00e4na hemma med och en del kanske anammar redskapet fullt och baserar sin tr\u00e4ning helt kring det. F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra kan det vara en m\u00f6jlighet att uttrycka sig i r\u00f6relse, likt modern dans, och s\u00e5 finns det dem som vill leva sig in i en fantasiv\u00e4rld av vikingar, korst\u00e5g, drakar och demoner, och vill k\u00e4nna att de f\u00f6rbereder sig f\u00f6r att besegra orcher med Gimli, eller strida sida vid sida med vikingar och spartaner. Alla \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna!<\/p>\n<p>Det finns ocks\u00e5 en internationell organisation IMF International Macelifting Federation, som organiserar t\u00e4vlingar.<\/p>\n<p>Som med den mesta tr\u00e4ning kan man utf\u00f6ra den p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt och med olika m\u00e5l. F\u00f6r att ge en id\u00e9 om vad man kan f\u00e5 ut av tr\u00e4ning med macebell eller hur man kan v\u00e4lja inriktning f\u00f6r sin tr\u00e4ning l\u00e5ngsiktigt eller i perioder skulle vi kunna beskriva tr\u00e4ningen p\u00e5 lite olika s\u00e4tt. Exempel skulle kunna vara att st\u00e4lla upp n\u00e5got p\u00e5 en hylla, resa sig upp fr\u00e5n en stol, eller tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig fr\u00e5n en skada eller operation.<\/p>\n<p>Vissa \u00f6vningar med macebell kan absolut falla in i den kategorin, men vanligtvis syftar vi mer p\u00e5 den oj\u00e4mna viktf\u00f6rdelningen och de sammansatta r\u00f6relserna, vilket s\u00e4tter lite mer fokus p\u00e5 \u00f6kad stabilitet och b\u00e5lstyrka med rotation och anti-rotation, kroppskontroll och kroppsuppfattning. Fokus \u00e4r b\u00e5de p\u00e5 att svinga allt tyngre macebell, och ocks\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra m\u00e5nga repetitioner. De individuella \u00f6vningarna tr\u00e4nas och s\u00e4tts ihop till cirkeltr\u00e4ning eller intervalltr\u00e4ning.<\/p>\n<p>Olika \u00f6vningar m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r eller kr\u00e4ver olika vikter f\u00f6r genomf\u00f6rande och \u00e4ven om det finns vissa \u00f6vningar d\u00e4r tyngre vikter \u00e4r att f\u00f6redra s\u00e5 kan de flesta \u00f6vningar utf\u00f6ras med relativ l\u00e5g vikt och h\u00f6gre antal repetitioner. Detta ger mer av en uth\u00e5llighetsstyrka eller konditionstr\u00e4ning, och i vissa fall en h\u00f6gre styrka i ett st\u00f6rre r\u00f6relseomf\u00e5ng, \u00e4n ren maxstyrka.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; text_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; header_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; header_2_font=&#8221;Squada One||||||||&#8221; header_2_text_align=&#8221;center&#8221; header_2_font_size=&#8221;40px&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;dark&#8221; header_2_font_size_tablet=&#8221;35px&#8221; header_2_font_size_phone=&#8221;25px&#8221; header_2_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00e4vling<\/h2>\n<p>Inom IMF, International Macelifting Federation, organiseras t\u00e4vlingar och event inom sportdelen av macebell-tr\u00e4ning, som kallas macelifting.<\/p>\n<p>Sporten har inspirerats av traditionell tr\u00e4ning med Gada och \u00e4r likt kettlebell-sport en repetitiv styrkelsport som utf\u00f6rs med standardiserade redskap som skiljer sig lite fr\u00e5n &#8221;vanliga&#8221; macebell, p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som det finns enklare kettlebell och kettlebell f\u00f6r t\u00e4vling.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns 8 grenar att t\u00e4vla i med macebell och 5 grenar med Bulava, som enklast kan beskrivas som en halv macebell is storlek.<\/p>\n<p>I vanlig ordning finns det viktklasser och klasser f\u00f6r m\u00e4n och kvinnor och deltagare har ocks\u00e5 en viktkategori p\u00e5 macebell och bulava, som man t\u00e4vlar i.
